Please read our terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with an order, as these will govern any contract of sale that we - Anyweb Internet Marketing and you - the customer will enter into. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a retail consumer.


Terms & Conditions - Customer Privacy Policy

Anyweb Internet Marketing is committed to both your privacy and security. The information collected by us concerning you or your company is attained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and to Which? – Web Trader Code of Practice. This information will be stored and utilised in agreement with you.

We collect information about you / your company for two reasons:

1.) To process your order
2.) To provide you with the best possible service

We will not email you in future unless you give us consent (written or checkbox confirmation), and we will always give you the chance to refuse any marketing emails from us.

We will never give or sell your details to ANY third party.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

a.) Your Name
b.) Address
c.) Phone Number
d.) Email Address

We will never collect and store any sensitive information about you or your company without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate, up to date and can be checked by you by sending an email addressing your request. If on the occasion you find any inaccuracies with your information, we will immediately delete or correct it.

Again, the personal information we hold will be highly secure and in accordance with our Internet Security policy, the law and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. If we intend to store your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area), we will ALWAYS obtain your consent first.

Terms & Conditions - General Terms

Only persons of 18 years and over may order from this site

We reserve the right to not supply services.

Our services remain the property of Anyweb Internet Marketing until payment is received in full. Any software ordered from us will be supplied with a publishers licence. The terms of this licence must also be complied with, in addition to our terms and conditions.

Services must be paid in full, unless we have agreed otherwise. If you are a business and wish payment to place an order on Account, then you will have set up a credit account with us first (please refer to the section below: Opening an Account).

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice being given. Although if you have subscribed to our e-mail service, you will automatically receive updates approximately once a year.

Terms & Conditions - Educational & Local Government Orders

We do accept Local Government Authority orders.

However you still need to complete a credit account application.

You will then be issued an account number that will need to be stated when placing an order.

When making an education / local government order with us. In addition to the order communication (email etc), we also require a fax copy of the order indicating the “Confirmation of Internet Order”.

Credit Accounts may be opened at our discretion for Government Departments, Educational Establishments (Schools, Colleges etc), Local Authorities and certain incorporated businesses (these are all subject to status). Credit Accounts are subject to a minimum initial order of £200 + VAT, and subsequent orders of no less than £100. Credit accounts must be paid strictly to the terms we agree, which will be 30 days from date of invoice (unless otherwise agreed).

Terms & Conditions - Opening an Account & Placing Orders

Due to our extremely competitive prices, we do not generally open many “credit accounts” until a trading history has been established (several orders paid in full). However, if your business has an extremely good standing with an excellent credit history, then the option to open an account will be available via our sign-up process (credit account application form).

To place an order using your credit account, you must have been issued with a username and password. Please refer to the associated Anyweb sites to receive this information.

Terms & Conditions - Placing Overseas Orders

We only except orders from outside of the UK in certain instances, therefore note the following for all overseas orders:

Payment should be transferred and completed into our account at the cost of the customer, and then guaranteed by our bank before we can despatch goods or services. We do not accept overseas cheques.

Terms & Conditions - Payment for Services

We accept all the traditional methods of payment, although some are subject to the transfer of funds prior to supply of service. We also accept payment by credit card, or you can use your Anyweb credit account if you have one.

If you do not wish to enter your credit card details online, then please call us and we will be happy to take your details over the telephone. With credit card orders, some additional security measures my need to be taken, we will contact you concerning this matter after we have received your order. If you incorrectly place an order, then please contact us either by email or by telephone (ask for our customer services department).

All services remain the property of Anyweb Internet Marketing until full payment is received and processed.

Please note the right to cancel does not extend to Business Customers, or to any services that are labour intensive. Neither does your right to cancel extend to opened Software, Video or Audio.

Business and Trade customers getting special trade prices for resale purposes should note that many of the terms and conditions listed above, only apply to retail consumers as required under law.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a retail consumer.
